In indictment of Special Prosecutor Office for Cyber crime (further on Prosecutor office) M.R. has been charged that in 22/04/2008 he inadvertently altered computer data at www.autentik.net owned by “Autentik agency”, in a way that he hacked in into this internet site using oversight in its construction acquiring administrator rights and changing default address presenting his own This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it after which from seller of domain autentik.net “Lupia” company demanded and got authorization code and with this data he reregistered domain at ISP godaddy.com in which manner he gained full control at domain and made it unusable for its real owner “Autentik agency”
Computer fraud in co-perpetration Art. 301 related with 33. CC – Case No KTM VTK 1/2009
In request for investigation against minor M.C. he was charged that together with DC falsely represented data and thereby affects the results of electronic processing with intent to acquire for him or another unlawful material gain gathering data from credit cards issued by US banks and then these information’s were used for buying different electronic equipment on internet site www.comtradeshop.com. In this way they acquired unlawful material gain in amount of 3,000 EUR
Unauthorized access to computer, computer network or electronic data processing Art. 302 CC – Case No KT VTK 84/2008
Indictment raised by Prosecutor Office against N.T. and R.V. for circumventing protection measures to ISP “BUS COMPUTER” by which they gained usernames and passwords to become a user afterwards using these data for accessing the internet. In court procedure they had sentenced to suspended sentences and unlawful material gain in amount of 400 EUR was confiscated.

After the trial District Court in Belgrade had found guilty N.R. from Vranje for deleting data regarding record keeping of Veterinary Establishment in Vranje with intent to prevent or considerably disrupt procedure of electronic processing and transfer of data that are of importance for government authorities and enterprises.
