Article 199 – Unauthorized use of Copyrighted work or other work protected by similar rights – Case No KT VTK 102/2008
Request for investigation alleges that LJ.C. obtained larger amount of the originals of copyrighted work and placed them on hard disc of his computer and optical discs (CD). After that he placed advertisement on internet site www.29dinara.com where he as his contact left the address of his webmail. On that webmail he left the catalog of titles through which the interested persons would be able to order those titles on CDs. The purchase was done after the interested buyers would pay the agreed amount of money on two accounts of the accused and inform the accused about such payments. After getting the payments the accused would burn the CDs and send them to the buyers via post office. The catalog that was placed on the webmail by the accused contained 9564 titles and the unlawful material gain was 30.000 Euros.
